Thank you all for your well-wishings. I'm going on a four-day camping trip today, and getting ready to pull out asap. It's so nice that my husband could get this week off - I'll post a few pix when I get back!:)

I'm in Washington DC, actually---but NPs have a lot of privileges in the District; in fact, recently a NP opened her own practice and is providing care at a lower cost to medically needy pts. I'd like to do something along those lines, when I graduate!
